I just bought holdem manager through pokerstrategys shop...and I have no idea how to get it now...it says "shipping time: Download", but I have not recived any sort of serial-key in the confirmation e-mail I was sent.
Greatful for an answer to how I can sort this out.
It takes a few hours for the code to come through. And you download HEM, when you launch it there is a registration key you click and enter your code when you have it
Aha, I assumed the serial-key came with the confirmation mail.
I will just have to wait until tomorrow to use it then

Just had a thought. Download the 15 day trial version for now. Then when you get your code you can enter it in there
Already used up the 15day trial, and I still have not recived any serial-key...any admin that knows who I contact in order to sort this ?
You should contact the pokerstrategy shop or sales@holdemmanager.com.
But it can take a little bit longer over the weekend.
I got it first thing after the weekend, so I the problem appears to annyone else ordering on the weekend...you will get the key when the weekends over

You have buy it successfully and you have now full license of HM with full key ?
