Quickly looking at stats:
Is this full ring ? Cause if it is, I think you are playing a lot too loose.
Your positional awareness seems to be a bit off, you play 14% hands UTG, and only 22% OTB.
Also huge leak in small blind, you play most hands from worst position at the table, 28%, you should probably half that, and then some.
Anyway, looks like you hit a bit of a rough patch. What I would do is try to tighten up a bit and try to avoid some marginal spots. Then as you get your confidence back up you should be soon back on track, good luck!
