bet bigger on the flop. I would bet 500 and go broke on turn no matter what cards

Can I ask you why you would go broke on every turn?
I mean I would on the most turns, but on this turn I think that I am behind most of a time (vs not total fishy 90% vpip).
It when I c/f I have still some chips more to play.

So you will have put already :

500 + 250 = 750.
1455 - 750 = 705

Pot will be : 1640 on the turn if he calls + you get more value on the flop from draws and Tx 8x 77 66 etc.

Let's forget about this turn card for now.

Basically you are setting yourself up for for a turn shove no matter what. YOu will get too much good odds to fold to his shove too I think.

Also, the Ac is not that much of a bad card as it looks like. It removes lots of chances of him chasing his flush so he most likely called your bet with Tx and 8x or 99.

Maybe a judge can help me formulate this better or correct what I am saying

Nope you've covered it very well. Of course when we bet we still need him to call with a worse hand. Think about if he has Tx or 99 with a club. He has to call those and we're decently ahead against that sort of hand. So pushing for value is best. The other option is to check. However if we check and he bets the river on a blank we will often level ourselves into calling, in a spot where we don't actually induce that many bluffs. So pushing for value ourselves is best.
