Villain is 52/36/3.8 (33 hands) I have him noted as a potential fish/weak player.

I'm no really sure about the hand. After villain folded he said "nice bluff", I asked what he had and he said 2pair (he tanked before folding). I don't really think he had two pair, but a flushdraw.

His second donkbet on the turn troubles me, villain probably got a pair with his FD, if that is true my raise makes sense.

I also can see in villains range a weak K.

He may fold to your shove Kx hand, but not really sure why you should want to find it out against 52/36 player. If you think he often leads with just flushdraw, you can just call and hope he checks down or second option raise to 11$, although you're likely quite though spot if he shoves on blank river.
So I'd prefer call and then deciding river if I want to call another bet.
