Pushing on flop is mandatory right?
I'm thinking that he can't have much draws on that flop (well, maybe 235), so has something like 2 pair, or lo+pair (and sometimes set but that make low less likely).

I wouldn't be so aggressive on the flop as you have a 1 way hand. What this means is you're unlikely to scoop heads up on this flop as you're only going to end up shoving vs someone with 23. Where you really make money on this flop is by keeping it multiway, betting something like half pot, so that maybe someone calls with 25 or 35 and you either scoop them, or you bet big on the river and get the better high hands to fold.

So basically, bet smaller on the flop, then jam the turn to create some dead money, also if you bet half pot here and then 2 people shove before the action comes back to you, you can consider folding as you are likely against 23xx and maybe something like a set or A8 for high.
