Hello dudiloiu,

While he could easily do such a raise as well even with FD-s I'd likely Call it and reevaluate it on further streets. They are very often anyways Checking behind the turn when they do have the draw. And as well when he has been even raising a lot of your CBets then I might even sometimes consider just getting it in right on flop. Although folding ain't wrong either, definitely the safest play if you aren't sure what kind of actions you should take.
