edit: looks like converter got the final pot size wrong; it was around 50$.

edit2: villain is 10 / 6 / 8 with WTS 19% over 110 hands.

If i think he is more like a fish
i raise 9$ and go broke.

If i think he is a good player i
a)call the flop,
b)call/check behind turn
c)At the river i call every bet besides a Q hits or board pairs.
Or if he played bet turn, check river i bet.
Because, then i put him on an over-pair or single Q with decent
kicker.

poker-stove says about 60/40 in your favour
but i think that group 1) is more likely.

I don't see what villain could be holding here.
The hand he had is presumably in his 6-10 % range according to his stats, making QQ quite unlikely. Sets of tens or deuces are possible but almost impossible to guess with 2 tens and 2 deuces out already...

I guess you lost to KJ or KQ but played well.

My typical advice is: don't get too fancy in unraised pots. However, what can he have here. QQ is not very likely as he would raise preflop in most cases. TT and 22 are also not very likely. Q2 would not limp. QT is possible, but also slowplayed kings and aces. I think its ok to go broke in this spot.
