I would 3bet 240 pf.

On flop you got

       Equity     Win     Tie
SB     51.80%  51.69%   0.10% { KQs, QJs, AQo, KQo, QJo }
BB     48.20%  48.10%   0.10% { AcKh }

...and sometimes he semi, protects sets... and you get a call with all dead money already in the pot.

Flop is easy call. Overcards + nut FD = wp

wha tabout shoving flop? Some Foldeq + many outs in case sb calls?

just cbet/call the flop. your hand is good enough to go broke but i think cbet/call will get u max value. if it checks through and u miss the turn your hand strength drops dramatically. you want to get it in on the flop now when ur equity is highest

wow, i mean this is why this forum is all about...coss i just learn something very very important, like this obvius thing, but never saw that i actually lose very much equity after i miss flop, and how to best use it when i have it...just love pokerstrategy and this coaches here
