Yeah I thought so too, at least 2 good outs for my overcards plus the gutshot

I don't think you need to discount your 6 overcards to only 2 outs, 4 or maybe 3 seems better.

when you have AK as overcards + gutshot you almost always want to play your hand till the end... by pushing directly ot cbet/calling. After a cbet you will be deadly commited) therefore, when your stack:pot ratio is 1.5- even 1.7 : 1 or less - push to generate maximum fold equity, otherwise cbet/call)

Push of course. Lets examine simple situation:

you have full 20BB stack and get AK

pre-flop: raise 4BB - opp. calls

flop: stack 16BB, pot 8BB (blinds are raked)
you bet 6BB - opp. calls

turn: stack 10BB, pot 20BB

you are getting 3:1 - obviously you have no choice, but push) besides, calling is likely a sign of weakness there, since they will often fold or reraise with top pair and even with lower pocket pair...

Anyway, you will have more the needed 25% equity most of the time, however, it just won`t happen too often, since you don`t offer any immplied odds to your opponents for calling against you. therefore, if someone is calling your bets a lot on postflop betting rounds - he is likely a moron)
