Hello ragney,

Usually I don't expect people to raise such hands which have the 5x in their hands, therefore it should be pretty easy ship for value on river.

value against what if i may ask? the board is 4 to a straight + a flush out.

I doubt even 2 pair will call this river u just got lucky here.

Huh? 5x is not possible and backdoor flush is not that possible either while some 2pair type of hands could easily be possible like A8 or even sometimes some A high which is just played stupidly. I am betting for value there!

He would like never Check on river if he had the flush or either the straight.

Plus maybe even find a Call with some PP and I don't even mind if he folds. But definitely he would shove himself with better hands and Check with worse.

I think we beat about 80% or more of his whole range judging by an UTG raise. Betting river is +EV for sure. Thats what poker is all about I guess :f_biggrin:
