how can i record something - a part of a video for example - and have the sound recorded with a good quality - like the sound of the original video?

do you know any other programs that can help me do that?
do you know any program that records the sound so i can put it in the audio track in camtasia?

do you know other programs that can help me making some videos?

if you have the sound and video in 1 .avi/.mp4 , just go to Camtasia Studio and import that file into it so you can cut the parts you dont want out of it ?

what if i want to record something from youtube for example?

you rip it from youtube in .mp4 format

then you import it in Camtasia

Otherwise I use Sony Vegas for this
