Was 2nd barreling so he might fold weaker PP or maybe 1spade card ? Is this Ok or i shouldn't Cbet at all ?

Villain stats and stack size say he's on the weaker side. Cbet is okay on this flop, it's as scary for him as for you. But when he called flop, and turn doesn't bring scary card it's time to give up. 3 barrels might work, but I'm not sure if it would be good play.

EDIT: 3 barrels might work, but not on this river :P

+1
generally you have to decide on the turn if you´re giving up or barreling also on the river.
I would prefer giving up, since I think he usually has there also pair+fd that he might easily c/c again and you have to fire 7$ bet on the river to make him fold his TT type hand
