Any thoughts? What on river? Fold, call and raise are all viable.

bet flop for value, he has there very often just overcards and would c/f
No reason to expect that he is going to c/r and even if he does you have easy fold with 3rd pair
I personally think you can´t call him down, so turn call is fine, but you have to fold river. He is likely would not start repping AK at the sudden with AQ/AJ and try to bluff you out likely with Kx hand, so if you want you can raise turn to 8$ to protect your equity against overcards+ rep slowplayed set or call turn and then fold river
River raise looks a lot like bluff, since players would expect you to bet 9x on the flop
