First at all, you can talk with all pros, they say you same, bankroll managment is one of the important things in this business.
Your BRM (bankroll managment) is really abd for beginner.
You use 250 for 25 game, so its 10bi, what is really bad.
You need at least 25bi to play safe.
250 is exacly good for 0.05/0.1 games, and since i think you are beginner, i think 0.1/0.25 games are bit hard to you.
First months you dont make money anyway, better take some lower limit to pay "school money".

Believe that your right, I definitely have horrible bankroll for a .25/.25 game. This happens to be the smallest live game stakes around my way. I ended up playing last night for about 6 hours and making £55. So now the bankroll has moved up to £305.

I understand that this will be a slow process, but i'm willing to put everything that I got into making it happen. I'm not taking any of that money out and it's staying as my bankroll, my dealer position will supplement my needs while im working on building my bank up.

Now as a beginner, my style of play that i'm showing is very tight/aggressive. My hand selection is very tight and when I pick up a hand always try to capitalize on it as much as possible.

Any suggestions are more then appreciated, as is the criticism of doing things right and wrong.

Most of us are online fish that rarely play in casino's so we automatically assume you play online. Live games you can use more aggressive brm then online since players are worse if you compare the stakes (NL25 live is alot softer then NL25 on stars). But 10BI is probably pushing it too much.

Good luck though. The reason imo most players won't become winning players ever is that they don't put enough effort into studying the game or don't do so at all. See poker as a job or like going to university for a degree. You have to put a lot of effort and time into studying to be successful.

Played last night at the home game of .25/.25 and got my head kicked in. Started with £30 and managed to lose it to a fish in one swing. I woke up with 88 in the CO, everyone before me limped in the pot so I raised it to 3.75, managed to get 4 callers. The flop comes down 723 rainbow, so I raised again, known fish in seat 2 shoves on me. At this point im thinking that he is holding A7 or K7 as he is known to do, but this time it wasn't the case, he is holding 23off, and I stack off to him and stop playing after that.

Now for online playing im grinding down the .01/.02 cent tables and through 1600 hands im floating above even, while starting tonights session.

Okay online poker is dead for the rest of the night since the tilt monster got me, but if anyone would be answer this question for me then that would be greatly appreciated, your in the late poss some one raises 22x, someone else flat calls them, why would you call that raise and think that your good while holding A3off???? ♠_evil:
