Have made a decision to take cards seriously. I have been working as a dealer for the past 2 months, love what i do, and i also love to play. Why not combine my passions into something that I will definitely enjoy for the rest of my life.
Bit of history about me: I started playing cards when I was a teen, didn't really have the passion for the game, played a bit, made some side money, and stopped playing due to my bankroll management. I started to play again when I moved to London about 8 months ago. Played at casinos, grinding 1/1 game for a small increments from time to time, but always used the money for something else, again bankroll management problem. Got a job as a croupier at a club and have been working there for the past couple months, I love to play cards live, as well as PS sometimes.
Have set some goals for myself recently: April 8th, 2011
Starting bankroll £250 for a .25/.25 game
Will dedicate all my free time to learning/reading articles/posting in forums/watching videos/playing best poker that i can play
Will be grinding that game until i make £1000, at which point im going to play a 1/1 game down at the local casino.
