if you check flop would you call both turn and river bets?

Interesting question.

IMO Depends on the size of his bet.

Turn I'd call for sure anything reasonable.

And if he bets again on the river, I'd only call a small bet. I don't see him making a strong bet on the river with a weaker hand.

Maybe a small bet wants to be called?
And a big one wants you to fold ♦

Or a big bet is a Jack and wants max value from an Ace

When checking behind, you have to call a turn bet. On the river, if he bets again I make a decision based on the final board and on the pot odds. I would call a very small bet, because of good pot odds, but fold to a PS sized bet.
