BB: $16.73
UTG: $7.73
MP: $18.59
CO: $12.10

SB posts SB $0.05, BB posts BB $0.10

Pre Flop: ($0.15) Hero has 8♣ 7♦ J♣ 9♦

fold, fold, CO raises to $0.35, Hero calls $0.35, fold, BB calls $0.25

Flop: ($1.10, 3 players) Q♣ A♥ 9♠
BB checks, CO checks, Hero checks

Turn: ($1.10, 3 players) 6♣
BB checks, CO checks, Hero bets $0.80, BB calls $0.80, CO calls $0.80

River: ($3.50, 3 players) 2♠

I'm just wondering if firing the turn is OK, or should I just take my equity and get a free card? The problem is that at PLO10 people call with 2nd pair no draw and my FE is very low. Is it profitable to bet here vs calling stations?

imo it's ok to bet. You have FD+SD => you don't need to much FE. After they check the F and check the T, there is a big chance that they have air.

my question is: should you bet on the R too?

I think i'm betting this flop when they both check. I don't expect CO to ever have AA or QQ here so we only care about what BB has. Since BB didn't 3 bet preflop this could rule out AA, but the best way of finding out is to bet.

Turn hits and it's a 6 :club: giving us a flush draw and outside straight. However we can't represent a made hand on the turn, so if we bet, it's pretty obviously because we either have exactly 66xx or have just picked up a draw. Any smart opponent will realise we never check this flop with AA/QQ/99/KJTx/AQxx/A9xx so when we bet the turn its a set of sixes/A♣8♣76 type hand.

River is a complete brick and they both check to you. If you are smart you will just give up here on the river. Whilst it is obvious neither opponent has anything, it's also obvious to them that you have nothing after checking the flop. It makes no sense for you to bet the river here with anything other than a set of sixes so I expect one of them to look you up here if you bet.

So in summary: Bet flop as a bluff, take free card on the turn if both call. If heads up bet all 3 streets here since opponent must be on a draw and missed so rep a big hand.
