At some point I've withdrawn all my BR from PokerStars. Since then, redeposited and made some profits.

While withdrawing, I got a pop-up about losing my bonus offers but didn't read it in full because I had no active bonuses. Now, when depositing, I can't use any bonus code whatsoever.

Did anyone withdraw but can still deposit with bonus code?

I can use the SCOOP reload bonus code now, so the answer is yes.

Try sending PokerStars support an email. They might give you the bonus anyway.
