Preflop: I am not even a big fan of raising this kind of hand from MP2, rather keep it for later position unless you have a good reason and big edge on them. Although I don't think that it will be easy to play against such stations postflop on that limit.
As played
Postflop: I'd basically just CBet here unless the opponent is somewhat station and is Calling with any kind of hand and we still can represent some pair type of hand or anything similar. Although as played what else do you want to hit then? ♦ If you not Calling on turn, he may easily try to bluff you out while he saw weakness in your play.
