Preflop: Basically rather don't raise such hands from UTG.

Flop: Seems to be fine to CBet here, he will fold a lot of hands which he called preflop like SCs/PPs.
Turn: But here I would rather just Check behind while I don't want to get Check/Raised while we might still complete the hand on river. And I don't think that we can make to fold a lot of hands, likely only reasonable hand is some Jx.
River: Likely the nuts, so FH.
