1. I am total newbie about this programs.
2. I play mostly SNG's but some time I play MTT's.
3. I think to get HEM or SitNGo Wizard.
4. I don't play bigger then 20$buy-ins.
So should I get HEM or SitNGo Wizard ?

The cool thing as that I will make a trasition in to cash games so HEM is perfect.
ICM is that last thing I care about cuz I got all the math in my head 
I even believe that intuition is the real thought process(I have study some neuro sience.So that can give an edge on ICM players.... ♦ lol fish like me is always romantic
If you don't care about ICM features you should get PT3. HEM is only good if you buy SNG Wiz with it.
