Hi, im trying to install the trial version of PT3. When you start it up you find a box named "configure postreSQL server" with the options connect and Cancel. When I press connect I get the error message "unable to connect to this database" please check the configuration.
I do have HEM installed on my computer but after what I have heard that shall not be a problem because they use different databases.
Any Idé how to solve this problem?
I remeber I had this problem before while trying to use the trial (years ago, before I started with HEM) and the support could not help me
