What if he calls my raise, turn comes 2:s and he checks to me? Bet/fold turn then?

Small donk bets (or post-oak bets) like this should be completely ignored. Play the hand as if he checked. I would be looking to cbet around 65% of the pot here, so once the $1 is added to the pot size, i'd be raising it to $4.50 (we have a redraw ourselves to a higher straight, plus a backdoor full house!) and I really don't see anyone betting $1 with J :spade:9 :spade: when this is a flop they should be looking to check raise with that.
