I recently made a Moneybooker account and transfered funds from my pokerstars to moneybookers, and now tried to deposit to another pokersite from moneybookers.

I sent funds to moneybookers but when tried to deposit on other pokersite says account is locked and to email moneybookers security to unlock.

Now what will happen, researching the web it seems they may require passport/ID?

Is it safe to email picture of passport or ID to moneybookers?
