Agree with b/f turn.

If you were b/folding and this card hits, I think a c/f is the best play.
I thought about blockbetting, but I don't think there's much in his range that he could call again - even vs a very small bet I think he can fold 9x and PPs.
At the same time he seems passive (huge gap between VPIP and PFR) so I expect him to pretty much never turn any made hand into a bluff, so we don't have to worry about b/folding the best hand.
