Hi rollyx,
I've removed the link for the protection of members from possible loss of personal details or fraud attempts.
Whilst I don't believe for a moment that you are personally connected to this site or were trying to advertising it, such links asking for lots of personal data can be dangerous for players.
Always check the source of any website and ensure they are genuine and from reprutable companies that you know of before sending any details across. The website you linked for example seems very amateurish with lots of spelling mistakes and who knows who would receive your personal data.
