hi i signed up via the neteller offer ($10 deposited once 1 ps point acrued) I have my points since one week but i didnt receive any money

NB: i send mail to pokertrategy@neteller.com since 5 days but 0 answer

can you verify if anything was wrong , but i think i respected all the condiions
