Pre-Flop: ($0.35, 9 players) Hero is UTG K♣ K♠
Hero raises to $0.85, UTG+1 calls $0.85, 7 folds

Flop: 10:spade: 9♣ J♠ ($2.05, 2 players)
Hero bets $1.82, UTG+1 raises to $4.50, $2.68 to Hero ($31.42)?

villain is 9/6 and 81% fold to cbet on >1.5k hands. I think the answer is clear but would like to hear some thoughts.

9/6 would likely not 3-bet you with JJ-99, so his range has a lot of sets
I really don´t see him raising too many worse hands, so I´d prefer b/f flop.
If you suspect him either making move or having there for example smt like AsQs you can b/c once and hope you can check it down or maybe improve on the turn either catching Q or picking up flushdraw

I could be either be way behind or just slightly ahead so I thought a fold was best. and I could be drawing dead on any card coming
