Villain seemed TAGish but very small sample.
I think it was a terrible play by me after flop but oh well 
In retrospect, I probably should've bet turn since there are worse hands that might've called like QJ and I expect better hands to have bet turn. On river I was really confused by his line and I feel like I should've called cuz it really looks like a spewy bluff or a med str hand turned into a bluff or a really thin value bet by a worse hand. Then again it could be a slow played set but his line doesn't make much sense to me.
