Few hours ago i red that full tilt is not paying any money out.Since i made deposit today i`m little bit worried.Does it mean i wont get my money back ?

AFAIK, as long as your not a US citizen then your money should be safe.
It's all about personal decision whether or not you decide to deposit money onto either PokerStars/FTP/affected sites.
Contact FTP's support and ask for information about your situation I suppose and what rumors you have heard and get back to us
