Is pot control optimal in this situation?

LE:
here's what I was thinking - On the flop, since the bet was so small I called, I always call a min bet which I consider like a check. On the turn, I played my hand like I always do with a draw, semibluffing and on the river I continued with my plan: I made my flush so I bet and called the small raise. The question is if it's optimal (long term) to call there and not raise all-in, but there may be leaks in this hand even before this decision.

dont post results

check/raise flop or fold imo is best on that dry board, i dont like calling at all in that spot tbh with your hand

as played i'll donk biger on turn ~80

and also bet biger on river ~180 when you got min raised is ugly cos almost never your hand is good here A5,AA,55,44,77, KcJc all those hands beat you and all those hands r in villains UTG limping range imo (as we see also 54s is his limping range lol) and imo he will take same line with them

flop is a standard fold on low limits. as played river is a bet/call with his very small raise. if he bets bigger you can probably fold.
