$300 is a bit small to be playing NL25. Up to NL25 I'd be looking at something like 20-25BIs. The game is still relatively soft.

My suggestion would be play NL10 with the amount you have now and when you reach ~$600 take some shots at NL25.

BTW, are you playing FR or SH? because SH is a little bit more high variance than FR.

I congratulate you for your success “Frank Pank”. It's a great achievement as you have good amount of bankroll with you. But you should also know how to manage it...i would like to suggest you some good tips to manage your bankroll:

-It is very important to manage your bankroll while playing the most exciting online casino game i.e. Poker. Your success is mainly dependent on how you have managed your bankroll. Every other skill will serve no purpose, if you are not able to manage your bankroll in the game of online poker.

-Poker bankroll management is essential to be able to play in the long run.
There are two types of bankroll management but in the end, it will depend on which you are comfortable with.
This bankroll is in between an aggressive and a conservative bankroll management which gives you the best of both worlds. If you want to shoot your way to the top, the aggressive bankroll – 250 big bets on limit and 20 buy-ins at no limit – is the one for you.
Be careful though, because big losses will have a huge impact on your bankroll.
The conservative bankroll – 500 big best on limit and 40 buy-ins at no limit – is for players who want it slow but steady.
Players can make their own bankroll management that they are comfortable with.

These are starting parameters for those who are new in the game.

SH = shorthanded and FR = full ring. A full ring table is 9 or 10 players. A shorthanded table might be a FR table with some players missing or a 6-max table, which has room for only six players.

The more advanced strategy articles indicate that your number of buyins should vary with your stakes and comfort level. If you reach 25NL then it's wiser to use a bigger cushion, maybe 30 to 40 buyins. At midstakes (10KNL and higher) some experts recommend 100 buyins (which at 10KNL would be a bankroll of $100,000).
