BB is a reg with 9% 3bet - he was shoving quite a lot against my steals,
and I cannot raise call this hand.SB stack size doesn't allow me to shove so i decided to fold

you should still have some r/f hands in your range (i would include this in that range). but just folding and taking a r/c or open fold line in this specific hand is ok. but you shouldnt tighten up so much that you are only ever raise/calling. what im trying to say is that if you just 'feel' like you are going to get shoved on super light you can open fold this one time, but dont make a habbit of it.
