Avoid marginal spots, when you are chipleader abuse your chips to push people around.
Try not to raise fold with less than 17bbs, try not to 3bet fold with less than 25bbs.
When you are raising make it 2-2.5x instead of 3x as you save chips when you're bluffing.
Identify who is trying to move up the pay ladder and who is trying to win the tournament, 3bet te guys who are trying to ladder.
