Hello,
So recently I've been playing at PokerStars and I like to take notes about players at my table such as LAG, TAG, etc, and I also like to make a note of how many tables they play simultaneously. For many players I just type their name into the "Find a player" option under requests, however there are some players (Maybe 1 in 5) that even when I copy and paste their name, I get a reply which says no results found. I found this odd since I'm playing at the table with them. Can anyone help me out?
