Hey AquamanI,
Remember that if you win this pot uncontested then you will increase your stack by 300 chips (over 10% of your stack) I have just done a quick pokerstove and I think that he calls your all in less than 15% of the time.
When he does call your all in you still have 30% against his range.
So in summary lets give him a wider range of 20%:
80%+ of the time we are going to add 10% to our stack uncontested
30% of 20% = 6.5% of the time we are going to "suck out" and win, therefore when we make this shove we are going to win 86.5% of the time.
