well i lost around 40% of my stack a while back too...just learn from it..
set stop loss limits (and stick to it)
learn to move down
and
keep analysing your game..
i know it sucks big time but theres nothing much you can do
Just make sure that you have completely detached yourself from this incident when youre sitting on the tables next..

yep... i just couldnt stop... and it made me to think, that its maybe time to move on to other realms where i can make money.
I lost about 60% of 1k+ BR twice this year.. Who cares.. Usually, if you dont care that so much, it comes back with nice rewards
