Ok, so my num lock was turned on and I typed password wrong few times, and my account was frozen, now I am trying to get it back, but I just can't. I have send my ID, ok, they accepted it. But I tried some adress vertification documents, but none of them work, dunno work.
This is so sick, I can't cashout like month now because I typed password few times.
I had mobile vertification too, but so sick that I can't get my account back. It seems that document fits all criteria, but it doesn't work. SO SICK. Can't believe.
What should I do?
