They froze my account because I typed password wrong few times because my num lock was on. Now I can't get it back for month or longer. Now I can't transfer any money.

I had call, they said to send documents, but then I sent ID card(accepted) and address vertification document(rejected because it was too old).

I didn't have new one, so went to bank and paid taxes. Got new one with adress, date, and my name, but it got rejected again. I don't know why, it seems to have everything needed.

I don't know how to get my account back. It has nothing in it. I need it only for transfering money.

Hi Ingrid.
I sent my documents to NETELLER at 4.4.2011. , thats 2 months ago. At 7.4.2011. Neteller Identity confirmed that they received my documents and that they will be reviewed in order they arived.
I tryed to contact them , requested a phone call but was unsucessful, i didnt hear what she asking me and she pull down the phone .
I sent the 2 email on Neteller Identity and got the same answer that they received my docs and will be reviewed in order they arived.
Can you check what is with my documents?
