Hey, is there any way I can turn off the option which minimizes lobby every time when tournament starts? Cant find it anywhere.

Not sure what you mean, Maybe this is it?
Options > Advanced Multi-Table Options > Tournaments / Sit & Go
Check the box that you mean?
