I have the feeling everytime I go all in vs shortstack on flop or turn I lose. Is there any filter in HEM for up to 80BB pots when all in on turn or before? Can't seem to find it.

You have to filter them all. First add a filter for max stack 80bb, and then filter all-in stuff= true.
If you can't find them, I am sure someone will post a pictures how to do it.
