the board is really really dry so i don't he ch/minraises semibluffs,so it's either 5x,strong A,99,A9 or maybe AK AQ.i'd most often fold the turn because we have to ch/f the river unless we got reads he does this with any Ax and a lot of semibluffs on the turn(e.g. if he had flushdraw he would probably ch/r flop but not turn so his hand is stronger)


34/1 would usually not bluff that spot, so I´d rather b/f turn, but if you think he may do that with worse hands then I think b/c turn should be fine and then decide on the river if you want to call his bet or not
