While he is really that nitty opponent then I guess I would just fold my hand and that's all. Let it be. Whatever his 3bet is. Just ain't worth risking, when we 4bet then pretty much commit ourselves. And sometimes making the crying fold is safer than going broke against that nit. He ain't gonna ship here anyways with a lot worse.
We could consider 4betting here in the case if I would see more about the table dynamics from early hands and how he has been reacting to our steals and etc. But without it I would just fold.
