Tsubi 8k
VojtaR 13.3k
BongBob 6k
Maddyhh busto
psychobenny 9k
eleph 18k

VojtaR said he was already up to 18k, but lost 88 vs JJ all in preflop against a shortie.

Tsubi was also up to 12k, but he's down to "8k again"

Nazgul seems to be having a ton of fun on his table. His nickname there is "The legend". He's talking a lot, joking with his table, and I can hear him the moment I walk into the Pavilion. Nenad Medic just got moved to the table, two to Nazgul's right, and he looked a bit confused with what was happening at that table.

Nazgul's opponent told me to tell you guys that Nazgul has already made 5x 5 card hands. They also have a prop bet going on which word Nazgul will say more, "balanced" or "polarized", apparently "polarized" is winning.

In a pot I was watching, Nazgul's opponent asked him, "How good if your best hand?". "It's really good!" said Nazgul.

He then asked the dealer to spread the pot. "spread the pot so I can overbet it". He made the overbet, his opponent called, and he showed deuces full of nines. His opponent mucksd.

"Would you have called if I went all in?". She said: "Yes".
Nagul: "Oh wow"

Players on break now after 4 levels of play:

100/200/25
Nazgul 15.5k
BongBob 15k
Bokkie 14k
VojtaR ??
psychobenny 13k
eleph 20k
gabrielnassif 13.5k
Tsubi busto

villain raised, Nenad Medic 3-bet, Nazgul 4-bet, villain shipped, Medic folded and Nazgul had to made the call as villain was short.

K5s vs JJ. Medic folded AK

Nazgul flopped a flush draw but didn't get there.

Blinds up again, 150/300/25 now

Bokkie 15k
BongBob 4.5k
VojtaR 18k
Nazgul busto

I lost the other players due to table breaks, will update their chip counts in the next update.

Nazgul had been steadily chipping down in the last two levels. He lost his last hand in a huge all in preflop pot. AK vs QQ

Nazgul hit his K on the flop, but villain made runner runner flush.

Players on dinner break:

Chip count (blinds 200/400/50 after dinner):

BongBob 7k
Bokkie 48.5k
VijtaR 34k
gabrielnassif 30k
psychobenny ?? (probably busto)
eleph busto

Bongbob "You can report that I overplayed AQ for 70bb)

It was BvB, BongBob 3-bet from BB with AQ, SB 4-bet, BongBob 5-bet shipped and SB calls with AA

The player to his left added :"He's the worst player I've ever seen", jokingly of course.

VojtaR won a big pot with withKK. UTG raised, Sb called, VojtaR squeezes from BB, UTG over shoves 70bb and VojtaR calls. villain shows AK and VojtaR's kings hold up.

Bokkie took down 3 pots in a row to get his huge stack.

In the first, CO opened, SB called, and Bokkie squeezed 2.1k with A:s T:s from BB, villain calls with an 8k stack.

Flop 2 3 6 :S, vilalin checks, Bokkie puts him all in and villain folds with less than the pot size behind.

Then he picked up QQ against the same player, they got it all in preflop and villain couldn't improve on his QJ and busted out

Then in the third and biggest hand, Bokkie raised AQs, BB 3-bet, Bokkie 4-bets thinking villain will 5-bet ship light but villain just calls.

Flop K 2 5 both check

Turn 9 check check

River K villain bets half pot and Bokkie notices that villain's veins on the neck are pulsing, so he makes the big call. villain tables T 8 and Bokkie picked up the huge 30k pot.

He said "If it stops (referring to the pulsing) it's usually a big hand, if not, they are usually bluffing"

we're back from dinner break!

Blinds goes up to 250/500/50 now

Bokkie 38k
gabrielnassif 25k
VojtaR 47k
BongBob busto

VojtaR won a nice pot, but could've won a lot more after he flopped the nut flush.

He raised QJo preflop and both blinds called.

Flop J:s Q:s J:d, check check, VojtaR bets, SB calls, BB raises, VojtaR 3-bets, SB folds and BB just calls.

Turn K:h both check

River 7:d BB checks, VojtaR makes a big 15.6k bet into a roughly 20k pot, villain tanks for almost 3 minutes, another player calls the clock on him and he folded before the countdown started

villain said he had K:s T:s for the royal flush draw

BongBob was down to 12bb and he shipped A2 in the CO, BU had AK and snap called. BongBob didn't hit.

Blinds are now 300/600/75

Chip counts:

GabrielNassif 30k
Bokkie 46k
VojtaR 38k

VojtaR lost a huge pot with AA, he raised and BB defended with 53s. The flop came 5 5 4 and villain trapped VojtaR into parting with quite a few chips.

Bokkie got moved to a new table and has what looks like the chip leader (150k) to his left. "Not looking good", he said to me.

Not long later, he picked up a decent sized pot from the chip leader. Bokkie opened CO to 1.25k, villain made it 3.3k, Bokkie made it 8.6k and villain called.

Flop 6:d 2:d J:h Bokkie c-bet about half pot and villain snap folds

Bokkie busted

VojtaR 47k
gabrielnassif 31k

Bokkie was busted out by the big stack.

He first doubled up a shortie BvB A9 vs AK and was down to around 30k

A few orbits later, he was in SB and made a raise, the big stack in BB called.

Flop A:h T:d 8:d Bokkie bets 2.4k, villain calls

Turn 7:h Bokkie bets 3.2k, villain makes it 12.2k, Bokkie goes all in and villain snap calls

A:s 6:d vs 7:d 8:h

After that, Bokkie said he thought it was a close spot but villain was really aggressive. He thought villain would do the same with many draws like flush draws, pair+draw etc.

VojtaR just busted

He got sucked out in a huge almost 100k pot.

He raised CO with QJ, S-B 3bet and he called.

Flop Q J 9

SB led out, VojtaR raised, and SB went all in, VojtaR called

villain tabled QT and hit an 8 on the river.

After that, he had 9bb left and shipped 54s from UTG, the same villain woke up with QQ and another short stack also got it in with AQ. QQ held up.

French video producer Gabriel Nassif is the only one of our guys left in this event.

He goes into Day 2 with 55.5k chips.
