1) b/f or c/c river? I like b/f more here because there arent many draws that can bluf this river (only flushdraws imo)

if he raises turn do you have to fold? im constantly not hitting and really not sure about my turnplay.

Turn is bet/fold because of the potsize and the fact that you draw to 4 outs most of the time.
The river is more bet/call than bet/fold because it's unlikely that he improved here so it's often a bluff.
