You shove this turn for value. Plenty of draws there and everyone checked the flop. You have top pair top kicker and the pot to your stack ratio makes a shove a must especially when you will get called by piles of draws and you do not allow these draws to complete for cheap by making the river card as expensive as you can for villains to see.
