The only major poker room that you can play in from any tablet (iOS or Android) is FTP, and that's only via a secure website (browser), and only Rush Poker. No clients available as apps on either OS, as real money gambling apps are prohibited.
I don't know why the poker rooms haven't thought of releasing client apps thru the Cydia marketplace.
