fold to flop raise? raise river?

I would play check/call or check/fold flop against 4 players. With 9 high flushdraw probably check/fold. If you think that your flushdraw is good then you´re getting the odds to call flop and re-evaluate on the turn. AS played I would bet 3$ river. But don´t know what to do against re-raise, probably fold.

I think the call on the flop is ok, but you have to bet/fold the river.
