You're out of position on the flop, so check raising is best here, especially since you hit a pair to go with your nut flush draw.

No other way of playing this hand, you're in good shape against overpairs and it's only a set that has you in significant trouble.

If you were in position I would tell you to call the flop and reevaluate on the turn (calling is better for balance reasons as it also lets you float flops and rep a flush when it hits on the turn when you don't have one).
