Flat Donk?

Hard for him to have anything to call a raise with but IMO DB's tend to indicate draws, so i figured he might call anyway, and I am raising for value and protection.

Or, Since it is a 3bet pot is he less likely to have draws in his range. Villain was an unknown.

its not 3b pot
and yeah you have to protect here

He likely has there air, so I would prefer just calling flop rather than raising
Since he also doesn´t have 100bb you also dont´afraid any turn card and can comfortable raise on flush turn and get all-in

I'd instantly put a note for him, that he makes small donks and fold to a raises - may be a profitabble knowledge for the future - worth even winning less on this hand :)

He can donk with draw, a set, he can even donk/call with smth like 55-TT. So since this was a regular raise hand, I'd raise there 99% of a time.
