call, you got backup FD and he's probably bluffing on this scarecard every single time, reevaluate on river if he bets big again and you're unimproved

If you play your hand that passively I think you have to call turn, since he would barrel that turn card every single time with worse hands
I´d likely c/r flop his half potsize bet for value and go from there, likely betting turn for value and then c/c river
